Glow Spells began with love — and a deep need to heal. When my mother fell ill, I crafted Recovery Spell, a soothing blend made to ease her pain and offer comfort. Soon after came Love Spell, created to help friends reconnect with their bodies, sensuality, and joy. Each oil is hand-blended with care, ritual, and intention, designed to help you feel balanced, lifted, and deeply seen.

Hi, I’m Phyllis a yoga teacher, fire dancer, and living artist.
Movement, creativity, and ritual are at the core of everything I do.
Creating these blends felt like bottling a piece of my own magic and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others.
